The most common support queries we recieve relate to:

  1. Missing data in the Resource Directory; this is especially common for new deployments
  2. Request to add or change Categories or Suggestions
  3. Asking how features work. We can train your staff on education over time. This is an area for adding new documentation as questions arise.
