Setting up exports to Connect 211 from iCarol using daily resource data exports is a fairly straight forward process.

  1. Navigate to “Tools” and click on “Extract all of your data” in the “Data Export” box.

  2. Click on the large text link called “Schedule data exports to occur in the future, once or or on a recurring basis.”

  3. Provided you have a license open, click on “Add a new schedule data export”.

  4. Fill out the export form as follows.

    1. Name the export something memorable and descriptive for your team.
    2. “Type of export” should be “Resources.
    3. Schedule the export to run “Daily”.
    4. Set the first day of the run to today.
    5. Check the box to “Transfer exports to another server?”
    6. Transfer protocol should be “SFTP”.
    7. The “Server host address” will be my.couchdrop.io and the port number will be 22.
    8. Use the username and password that were shared with you.

All done! We should see the data in our system next day.
